Today, 7 years ago was the last day I was to spend with you. I remember we had dinner and you wrapped up some pork slices in foil to take home with you. I found those still in your fridge 2 days later. I remember seeing your back as you walked out the door as I said “I love you”, not knowing that I would never see your beautiful blue eyes sparkling ever again. 7 years is such a long time to not have seen you.
